I love hairburst. I started using hairburst gummies, shampoo and conditioner in January, and while I was very skeptical at first, I almost immediately saw a difference in texture and shedding of my hair. I love the smell and the effects on my hair. I’ve never had any issue with receiving my products in time, it usually takes less than a week. I just recently bought a combo package for one of my friend suffering from post parfum shedding and she is already seeing improvement as well. I can’t wait for their new hair mask to be available in the US.

I've only been using hairburst for 3 weeks and I've already noticed a difference. Due to illness, I have had too many issues with hair growth and loss but since taking the chewable vitamins and using the shampoo and conditioner (which smells amazing!) I've noticed such a difference. I havent noticed mega hair growth just yet but its definitely healthier and stronger. Im looking forward to see the results carrying on improving ❤ definitely worth the money.

Worst customer service I have even encountered! Never received my order and I have been trying to get a refund for over a month! I’ll never use this website again
And it had nothing to do with the pandemic. The company made an error on their invoice so the order got held up at customs. Although i tried multiple times to contact the company to sort it out, they failed to respond or do anything time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Over 3 weeks ago I placed my order money was taken straight from my bank, I have been trying to contact the company regarding my order and they have ignored all my emails and messages but have the cheek to email me asking me to leave a review on the products! The only response I have had is on public social media posts asking me to leave them a dm and then they still don't get back to you! Terrible service can't review the products as it seems I won't be receiving them! I am going to have to contact my bank and report them so I can actually get my money back!

Ok, at first I was skeptical , but it really does work!!!
And I am still shocked. I bought the shampoo conditioner vitamins chewable and elixir. 2 for the price of one.
I was so surprised to take off my plaits 1 week before the 1 month period, and my hair is not tangled, easy to comb out. My curls are more defined! And I can all ready see some length. My hair is less than half an inch close to bra strap length.
I will continue using the products and review again once the 3 months recommended period is reached!

Really poor customer service! My order has been delivered to the wrong address, rang DPD, who said to ring you. Phone says no one is in the office, WhatsApp chat does not work. No one has looked or replied to my messenger message. I had an automated response to my email, I have emailed again today to have someone help me. The picture of the delivery is not our house, not even close! I have walked round locally and cannot find the house in the picture. No one from hair burst seems to get back to you. Really disappointed, i will start a claim with my bank if I have to, as luckily I paid on my cc so I have more protection. I just want the products paid for. So sad that a company with good products has such a bad service.

I’ve been using the brow & lash serum for around 6 weeks now & I have to say I’m really impressed. I have quite long lashes anyway but they were really sparse & now my lashes are full & actually look healthy. There are a lot of these serums around & I would say it’s around the mid price range but it’s well worth it.

I have always had long thick hair and it is naturally curly, through blow drying, straightening age and colouring it has started to go weaker and stops growing at a certain length, I was given the chewable tablets through a promotion and was skeptical, I don’t really like gimmicks and neither does my hairdresser mum but I gave them a try and I don’t think it was a coincidence that my hair had started to look and feel healthier, it seems to be growing past that stunted length that I always had, because of my hair length people are always asking what products I use, I will definitely recommend and try the rest of the range, a big thumbs up for me xx

My hair was very damaged from all the times I’ve dyed it and I wanted to get it healthy again and I had heard about Hairburst so I though I would try it. At first I bought it was a bit pricey but then I got two sets of shampoo and conditioner and the results have been worth it my hair is always silky after a wash I can tell my hair is thickening again and it’s getting healthy enough for it to start growing again you do have to make sure you have time to properly use this product (with the different temperatures of water and wait time) but I found it worth it
